Citiapartments is an active member of the San Francisco community. We are
involved with many non-profits throughout San Francisco and have created
ground breaking programs to aide our community. It is with great pleasure that we announce our New Lease on Life program! Your generous contributions to this program benefit the following organizations:
La Casa De Las Madres: The mission of La Casa de las Madres is to respond to calls for help from domestic violence victims, of all ages, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We give survivors the tools to transform their lives. We seek to prevent future violence by educating the community and by redefining public perceptions about domestic violence.
Tenderloin Health: The mission of Tenderloin Health is to optimize the health of the Tenderloin's homeless, poor and most vulnerable residents. We serve those living with and at the greatest risk of acquiring HIV/AIDS, who have difficulty obtaining services elsewhere, especially due to substance use, mental illness, sexual orientation, gender identity, race and ethnicity, and/or other social barriers.
Your donations can make a big difference! Please feel free to leave a tax
deductable donation in any amount. Be sure to make checks for La Casa De Las Madres payable to: La Casa De Las Madres. Checks for Tenderloin Health can be made payable to: Tenderloin Health. Please ask your leasing agent for tax identification and contact information for each organization.
Thank you for your donation.

CitiApartments has created a ground breaking program,we call CitiWatch, to aide our community.
We have teamed up with Benefit Magazine, a philanthropic lifestyle puplication, and created a program that would help non-profits achieve their goals of assisting people in need. The program is to provide apartments for the price of $1 a year to individuals and families who require assistance to get their lives back on track and are members of The Raphael House. Through the assistance and guidance of this non-profit these families can stay in a rent free apartment for up to one year in hopes that they can get out of the situation they're in and become self sustaining.
To join this program please consult your rep at The Raphael House.
Matching Challenge
This is an ever-growing program that we hope to spark a new model for giving in the community. To help perpetuate that growth, CitiApartments is proposing a Challenge to other landowners in the city.
The Challenge is that any landowner who donates an apartment to this program, CitiApartments will add another unit from it's own portfolio to match.
CitiApartments hopes to be able to spread this model to more non-profits in
San Francisco and eventually to other surrounding areas.
Below is a short video clip aired on ABC Christmas Morning 2006. It tells the story of the first family to enter their brand new, fully furnished and free apartment...
