The letter is copied below in exact form as printed in The Examiner: Lauding the Landlord Regarding the recent articles about CitiApartments: My wife and I have rented from CitiApartments since March 2004. We found CitiApartments to be very professional and helpful in finding us an appropriate apartment. We have never witnessed the alleged intimidation as described. Any time we had maintenance issues, the problem was addressed immediately. We were very satisfied with the results. Our building manager has always been available to our needs and keeps our building neat, clean and safe. In the future we will continue to rent from CitiApartments.
