1547 Clay: Revived and Green

In less then one year, CitiApartments has restored 1547 Clay to its former glory. After purchasing the 27-unit apartment complex in August 2005, CitiApartments restored 21 uninhabitable apartments to the rental market, added a laundry room, performed a complete electrical upgrade, refurbished the interior and exterior, and repaired an elevator, inoperable for at least ten years. Along with all of this, 1547 Clay is our first "Green" building - cleaned and operated with earth friendly products. Our success at 1547 Clay embodies the CitiApartments mission to provide clean, safe, and sustainable housing in San Francisco.

CitiApartments Races for the Cure

16th Annual Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation: join the race with CitiApartments Sept. 24, 2006

In participation with The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation's Race for the Cure, CitiApartments will sponsor a team that includes owners, employees, and residents. While our primary objective is to help raise money and awareness for the foundation, we hope to contribute as the largest team and the highest fundraising team. To this end, CitiApartments has offered to pay the entrance fee for all people interested in the event and affiliated with the company.
