Housing Bubble Boosts Rentals San Francisco Bay Area Hit Hard | |

Over the past few years we have watched the prices for a single family home grow to record breaking extremes. With House
prices being at an all time high, it has never been a better time to rent. Since rents are currently less than half a mortgage
payment many are choosing to move into an apartment until this Housing Bubble breaks.

Rental: $1 a Year CitiApartments and Benefit magazine establish a unique program to battle homelessness.
In an effort to aid nonprofits whose clients desperately are in need of shelter, CitiApartments has agreed to donate 3 apartments at a cost
of $1/year. The first nonprofits chosen to launch this program are: The Raphael House, Hamilton Family Center and the AIDS Emergency
Fund. C.O.O., David Raynal, "hopes that this becomes a new model for giving." Benefit magazine will be the nexus of this program and will be
searching for different companies who are interested in donating furnishings and other services. If you would like to contribute please call

In about 1 year, CitiApartments has brought 8 apartment units at 4540 California back into the rental market. These units had been neglected
for over 10 years and are now restored to the quality CitiApartments prides itself on. Each unit is furnished with cherry wood cabinets, black granite,
stainless steal appliances, double pained windows, new bathtubs, tiled bathroom and new bathroom accessories. Along with these units,
CitiApartments has also painted the entire exterior of the building, upgraded all the plumbing and electrical, restored 11 parking spaces and
installed new carpet throughout the common areas. New and current residents alike are all happy with the improvements.
