CitiApartments Cares!
Non-Profit Movement
Over the next 6 months CitiApartments with the help of Energy 92.7 FM will be donating in
excess of $10,000 towards various non-profit organizations throughout San Francisco. This is
a movement that YOU can be a part of as well. Check each month to see which non-profit we
will be helping and find out more about how you can join the movement.

This November, CitiApartments is supporting the San Francisco Food Bank, a non-profit which seeks to provide hope, with a cash donation.
They collect donated food from growers, manufactures and grocers. They distribute these items through food pantries, soup kitchens,
child care centers and more. You can support the San Francisco Food Bank with a cash donation this season.

Rental: $1 a Year
CitiApartments and Benefit magazine establish a unique program to battle homelessness.
CitiApartments and the Rafael House sat down last week and hashed out the details for this new model of giving. The Rafael House will
be choosing 2 families from their portfolio to enter into 2 of CitiApartments' rental units. The rent for this unit will be only $1 for the year
which will be paid by The Rafael House, providing free rent to families in need. This is merely the first step towards completing CitiApartments'
dream. More to come will be similar agreements with such organization as The Hamilton Family Center and AIDS Emergency Fund.

Calling All Dogs!
CitiApartments considers their four legged residents as well. We teamed up with Fido A Go-Go, a San Francisco based dog walking service
that really caters to the dogs personality. Sniff out the best parks and beaches in town, get in shape with active hikes and playgrounds, mix and
